If the property has more than five units it will be placed with a commercial
lender. If the property has four unit or less it with placed with a conventional
residential lender. Property types such as Gas Stations with second floor
apartments, Convenience Stores with apartments, Apartments with Retail,
Apartments, Retail & Offices and Doctor Offices with apartments. Any
Mixed Use with Chemical or Flammables current or past are always especially
challenging. These properties such as Dry Cleaners and Automotive Repair
/Auto Body Repair Properties with Apartment and Hair Salon and Apartment.
These properties in most cases will required Environmental Phase 1 Study.
