The Team can provide construction financing for "new" commercial property domestically. The financing is done on a fixed rate/fixed term basis with some flexibility on the scheduling of drawdowns in order to satisfy a particular project's specific requirements as needed. We can also provide funding for purchases and expansion projects for any property type and size. Such as oil & gas related, pipelines, refineries, acquisitions & mergers funding for Casinos, Arenas, Stadiums, Raceways, Shopping Malls, Hospital, Apartments, High-rise Offices and the list continues on and on.
